The 804MA series is available in single, dual valved and triple valved configurations and handle fuel flow rates of 240, 480, and 720 gallons per hour, respectively; utilizing the standard Racor 2020 Series filter cartridges.
812MA Series assemblies utilize a unique two-stage filtration system which includes a water coalescing filter and a final, 40-micron depth filter.
Key Features:
100% steel construction by ASME-certified welders
Stainless steel T-handle on steel lid
Steel/high-pressure glass water sight gauge (optional)
Steel contaminant sump with steel drain plug
Marine-grade white exterior coating
Durable steel mounting brackets
Marine Turbine Series
The Racor Marine Fuel Filter Water Separator Turbine Series is the most trusted fuel filter water separator on the market. The UL-approved assembly features a three-stage filtration system that effectively removes water and particulates from fuel, providing maximum protection of diesel engine components in marine applications where reliability is critical.
Racor marine fuel filter water separators are available in a wide range of configurations to meet the unique requirements of customer’s engines. All models utilize Racor’s proprietary Aquabloc® filtration elements, a unique engineered media that incorporates pleat-spacing corrugations and a graduated pore structure to increase dirt-holding capacity and extend filter life.
Key Features:
Aquabloc® engineered media elements with 98% efficiency at 4, 10, or 30 micron
Various flow rates available: 60 gph (227 lpm) with a single 500FG Series, up to 540 gph (2044) with the 77 and 791000 series triple-manifold units
Corrosion-resistant construction
Self-venting drain valve or plug (on metal bowls)
Clear contaminant collection bowl
CCV Crankcase ventilation filters
In a robust, compact package, the patented Racor CCV closed crankcase ventilation filter systems provide superior oil coalescence and crankcase pressure control under the most severe conditions. The only routine maintenance required for the Racor Crankcase Ventilation Filter System is filter replacement. Typical service life of the high-performance filter in diesel applications is 750 hours.
Some variations in service life occur depending on load profile, engine wear condition, flow and aerosol mass concentration of crankcase emissions, and soot concentration.
Key Features:
Eliminates vapors from going to environment
Eliminates oil from dripping on the ground or engine compartment
Reduces the risk of fire in the engine compartment
Keeps engine components clean and aids in maintaining the engines efficiency
Great for remote applications where fast and easy service is not readily available
